 FAQ’s

  • Check in is after 15:00.
    Check out is before 11:00.
    There is a key box for easy self check in/ out.
    Check in times may be able to be earlier or later, but please check with us first to confirm, as we may have other guests arriving or leaving.

  • Yes, there is ample parking in front of each accommodation. 

  • Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the accommodation or near the farm buildings. 

  • At present, no.
    We love our pets, but want to respect our guests who may have allergies or dislike pets.
    We do have dogs of our own that live in the main house and you may see horses in our field - Please do not feed the animals.

  • We have tried to think of everything (Please do let us know if we have missed anything!)
    A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
    All let's have a fully equipped kitchen- dishwasher, washing machine, fridge- with freezer box, kettle, coffee machine- limited tea bags and pods supplied. A small jug of milk and juice is included.
    Bathrooms all have bath and hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
    Bedrooms all come with bedding, Tv’s and portable fans.
    Each accommodation has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
    Each accommodation has 1 bed that can be made into a twin room- again please let us know in advance if this is required, so as we can set it up with the correct bedding. 

  • Yes! Each accommodation has its own Wi-Fi.
    Log in details can be found in the welcome book in the accommodation.

  • Yes! The Duke is within walking distance, via the bridleway and through the village- there is a slight decline and then an incline on this walk. This is a lovely walk on a dry or summer day, the bridleway can be slippery when it rains. 

  • We kindly ask you to pop used towels in the laundry basket and rubbish in the relevant rubbish bins- household, recycling and glass recycling bins are available on site. 

  • We want to make an enjoyable experience for everyone, so would politely request that outdoor shoes be removed at the door, to protect the flooring and furniture.
